The Insights Personal Effectiveness Programme provides an introduction to Insights Discovery© which is a preference-based system with its foundations in the work of Carl Jung.

As a personal development tool it is simple and memorable using colour as a common language for self-understanding, effective interaction and organisational growth.

The programme explores a simple model:

• Understand Others
• Adapt and Connect
• Take Action

A personal profile is produced when participants complete a 25-frame evaluator on line. The profile provides a detailed understanding of the individual’s personal style, and how this impacts on their relationships in both personal and professional environments.

Everyone is unique the profile illustrates how recognising and appreciating these differences can empower individuals, teams and entire organisations.

The approach is fun and interactive, and can be effective at every level of an organisation including helping customer service representatives achieve successful calls to advising directors about strategy decisions and leadership.
